This policy explains how TooAvid Technologies LLC ("TooAvid", "we", "us") handles information when you use our website and our apps, including DayMarko and RelayReply (together, the "Services").
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or verify a number.
- Content you create, such as DayMarko activities, sessions, and notes, or RelayReply contacts and call details.
- Call audio and transcripts (RelayReply). To show live captions, call audio is processed by our telephony and transcription providers while the call is in progress.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe or, for in-app purchases, by Apple. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data such as device type, app version, and error logs, which we use to keep the Services working.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Services, process payments, respond to support requests, keep the Services secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers in our apps.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services, such as hosting, database, payment processing (Stripe, Apple), and telephony and transcription providers for RelayReply. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing support@tooavid.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
